Setup
- Ask one assistant to speak choices aloud and one lead to keep time.

Live cues
- Pause after the florist ETA reveal and ask what should happen before the client gets a second text.
- At the seating threshold, ask what decision best protects trust without losing ceremony control.
Debrief questions
- What was the earliest moment the team should have escalated beyond the vendor?
- Which client-facing line felt calm without sounding evasive?
- What fallback would you pre-approve in the SOP before the next wedding?
Watch-fors
- Silence to the client while the team tries to solve the problem privately.
- Overprotecting aesthetics at the cost of timeline control.
